Fall Break (In the Nick of Time)

The weekend introduces the start of the Fall Break, a two day mini-break whose conception, imposition, and imminence could not be more eagerly anticipated or needed. Like some charged particle zinging around in the nuclear universe, I am ready to de-energize, to shed some elements of my being, perhaps degenerating into an extended sleep state.

This is the Prodigal Student expressed as a mental state:

The Boiling Pot

I have been at a rolling boil for about 8 weeks.

This is the state to which I aspire:

Is it possible?

There are a couple things that you hould know before yoou go out looking and deciding on car insurance.
No, in fact many people really have a hard time
paying for insurance so that they can drive their vehicle around without having to worry about liability
costs. It’s also helpful to know the approximate
length of time you’ve been insured with your current company — you’ll
get a better quote if you haven’t been switching around between companies.

“Life’s hard, son. It’s harder when you’re stupid.” — The Duke.

Education is a companion which no misfortune can depress, no crime can destroy, no enemy can alienate,no despotism can enslave. At home, a friend, abroad, an introduction, in solitude a solace and in society an ornament. It chastens vice, it guides virtue, it gives at once grace and government to genius. Without it, what is man? A splendid slave, a reasoning savage. - Joseph Addison
The term informavore (also spelled informivore) characterizes an organism that consumes information. It is meant to be a description of human behavior in modern information society, in comparison to omnivore, as a description of humans consuming food. George A. Miller [1] coined the term in 1983 as an analogy to how organisms survive by consuming negative entropy (as suggested by Erwin Schrödinger [2]). Miller states, "Just as the body survives by ingesting negative entropy, so the mind survives by ingesting information. In a very general sense, all higher organisms are informavores." - Wikipedia
